30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Customized Items — No Returns
Jerseys with custom name/number printing cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@pasionmexicana.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
